Growlio3 is a nationwide job board for part-time work in the USA. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we collect when you visit our site, how job listings are sourced, and — just as importantly — what we don't collect. Growlio3 does not host applications or resumes; when you click "Apply," you're taken directly to the employer's own site, email, or LinkedIn to complete your application there.
01 Overview
Growlio3 works as a directory: we list part-time job openings and route job seekers directly to the employer's official application channel. Because of this model, we collect far less personal information than a typical job site — we don't ask you to create an account, upload a resume, or store your application details anywhere on our end.
02 Information We Collect
From job seekers: We do not directly collect personal information from job seekers. You can browse and search listings without providing any personal details. When you choose to apply for a role, you're redirected to the employer's own website, email address, or LinkedIn page to complete the application — that information is submitted to the employer, not to Growlio3.
From employers: Job listing details we display (company name, job title, description, location, and contact/application method) are sourced from publicly available information, such as employer websites and public job postings.
Automatically, through your browser: Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools, described below.
03 Cookies & Analytics
Growlio3 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it over time. Specifically, we use Google Analytics to measure site traffic, popular searches, and general usage patterns.
These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent on the site, and referring pages. This data is aggregated and used to help us improve the site — it is not used to personally identify individual visitors.

06 No Accounts, No Stored Applications
Growlio3 does not currently offer account creation for either job seekers or employers, and there is no login or account deletion process because no accounts exist. We do not store resumes, applications, or job seeker contact details on our servers — applying always happens directly on the employer's own site, by email, or via LinkedIn.
07 Payments
Growlio3 does not currently charge job seekers or employers for using the platform. We do not collect or process any payment information at this time. If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how payment data is handled.
08 Your Choices
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Note that disabling cookies may affect some site functionality. You can also opt out of Google Analytics as described in the Cookies & Analytics section above.
